DISCLAIMER	Motorcycle Accessories are aftermarket items. Any misunderstood, abused or incorrectly installed motorcycle accessory is a safety hazard that could cause injury or death. It's the rider's responsibility to understand the operation and purpose for which the Accessories are designed. Hepco & Becker Motorcycle Accessories are to be used by experienced and responsible riders. Indemnity: It is advised that the use of these Accessories is at the sole risk of the rider and by his/her decision to use it he/she indemnifies the manufacturers or organizers, their agents, employees and officers against any claim or action by themselves, their dependants or any other third party arising out of any loss, damage, injury or death suffered.
Fitting	M.A.P does not offer a fitting service but is happy to offer comprehensive "advise" on these matters.   Generally all our items are an easy fit with a little rider's mechanical knowledge!   If you do feel comfortable with fitting we recommend the use of a qualified service technian
Post & Packaging	Hepco & Becker sets pricing for each calendar year,  however ... Motorcycle Adventure Products imports from Germany & from time to time We may need to vary pricing due to currency movements beyond our control against any claim or action by themselves, their dependants or any other third party arising out of any loss, damage, injury or death suffered.
Pricing	Motorcycle Adventure Products normally sets pricing for each calendar year,  however ... We may need to vary pricing without notice due to unexpected manufacturer price rises or e.g. currency movements beyond our control . M.A.P offers a direct retail service aimed at giving you the best service, support & price! That is based on a fair price, with all items stocked in Australia and of course always quoting including GST!   Hey! We are enthusiasts and look for best value too!
Privacy	We respect your privacy and undertake to: - Ensure your details are kept secure. NB: PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO US! - Never to pass on your details to a third party. - Not to send you unsolicited e-mail except our regular newsletter   (unless you ask to be removed from the newsletter mailing list). We like to keep our customers up to date on new products from time to time, so if you have bought through Motorcycle Adventure Products in the past, we will occasionally send you our newsletter and may send you the occasional email.   However, we know what it is like to get stuff  you don't want like Spam!
Returns	Motorcycle Adventure Products does normally accept returns if incorrectly ordered. We will exchange the products if they were incorrectly supplied, were not as ordered, or after investigation and agreement are found not fit for purpose, however A restocking fee of 10% 'may' be charged on returns Returns must not been modified or damaged in fitting. BUT If you identify a problem, contact us immediately to let us help you with a solution!
Stocking & Sales	ALL of OUR stock is held right here in South East Queensland!  All luggage items, accessories, parts for current - popular models are normally stocked!  Expect for older models or those we have yet to get regular request for, We normally can supply most of your needs up front!  But if not we also air import our overseas stock monthly into Brisbane and so we offer a fast turnaround for back ordered parts!   If for some reason M.A.P are unable to supply an item (out of stock @ Germany) we will advise of expected delivery time frames and ask you to re-confirm the order!    We also supply our accessories to the motorcycle retail industry so you can order through your preferred dealer if you require a local fitting service (if required).
Warranty	All new products that are sold by Motorcycle Adventure Products & dealers who purchase from us are covered by the manufacturers warranty.  Warranty on all items subject to reasonable proof of failure beyond  "fair wear & tear"!  To progress a warranty claim with a manufacturer, we may need you to provide us with photos!   We do not warrant the fitting of these accessories nor their subsequent use by you as that is completely out of our control.  If you identify a problem, contact us immediately to let us help you to a successful resolution.
