We DON'T take payment through the shop. We like to check we have the stock and see if we can give you a better delivery charge before we take your money, this is different to most other shops and takes a bit to get used to when buying online with us. When your online order is received, it will move through the following stages: 1. Checking Stock - we'll check to see the items you require are on the shelf or need to be ordered - All items are IN Stock At this stage we also look at the delivery charges. - For single cartons it is a weight based Post & Packaging fee with a maximum of 20KG pr carton. - For multiple cartons we will calculate P&P & cap the P&P to you dependant on the sale. We are very competitive & offer a ... "Nationwide $99 Freight Cap!" hence we don't take payment up front when you order. EG: A full system sale is normally 3 large cartons, delivery to BNE > Perth is capped @ $99! (though it costs a lot more) We then update your order to include the delivery charge and move the order status: Please ring to make payment > - An item is NOT in Stock We will update the order to Backordered and notify you! We 'Air Freight' from our international suppliers every 30 days! We will back order the item for the next shipment unless you tell us otherwise. If the item is part of a larger order, we can: (a) split the order and deliver the available items nown then send the back order at no extra cost when it arrives, or, (b) hold the whole order until all items complete, then despatch.. (your choice). In that case your order status will move to Backordered> 2. Please ring to make payment -Generally we take Credit Card details over the phone. No card numbers are kept by us, they go straight into the bank and we don't see them again -Other payment options are listed below -Payment is received & we ship same or next business day. Your order status will move to Shipped> 3. Shipped - AUS Post deivers to your door & a signature is required. - If no one is in attendance a card is left & pickup can be made at the nominated (usually your local) Post Office! 'Job Done!' NB1: Each carton moves as seperate entity in the post system, so multiple cartons may land (be delivered) on different days NB2: With REG POST - You get a basic $100 of insurance, if you require more please advise us NB3: Items are checked & securely packed before despatch, once lodged with Post they are now your property & M.A.P are not responsible for their transit through the postal system! |

We use Australia Post for all domestic shipping! Your order will be sent via Registered Post where the order exceeds $60 (under this is normally a satchel) This provides signature on delivery, tracking and a standard $100 insurance! |

We use Australia Post 'Express Post International' for all off shore orders! Unless under 2 KG where REGistered Airmail is an option! Maximum carton weight is 20KG EPI offers full tracking & a signature on delivery NB: You may have to make a customs declaration in your country depending on $$$ |

We like to keep our customers up to date on new products from time to time, so if you have bought through Motorcycle Adventure Products in the past, we will occasionally send you our newsletter and may send you the occasional email. However, we know what it is like to get stuff you don't want like Spam! There will be unsubscribe options.
All new products that are sold by Motorcycle Adventure Products & dealers who purchase from us are covered by the respective manufacturers warranty. E.G. Hepco & Becker offer a two year "fair wear & tear" warranty on all items subject to reasonable proof of failure beyond fair wear! Here you can assist us with a photo etc when (or really "IF") you need to make a claim!
We do not warrant the fitting of these accessories nor their subsequent use by you as that is completely out of our control. M.A.P does not offer a fitting service (but you can fit the gear at our warehouse if you are collecting). We are very happy to offer comprehensive "advise" on these matters. Generally all our items are an easy fit with a little rider mechanical knowledge! If in doubt we suggest buying through your dealer & getting their team to fit! However due to the nature of the motorcycle use, some accessory parts may need minor 'adjustments' for correct fit to your make or model. These are done at your own risk.

If not we also air import our stock monthly into Brisbane and offer a fast turnaround for back ordered parts! We also strive to offer the best AUS pricing (that is landed here – locally stocked- fully taxed – insured etc)
E.g. Take Hepco we base our products price on the German Taxed RRP (or less!)
