$78Many of us have no doubt used a weather proof, nylon-fabric, stuff sack to carry gear on the rear rack safe from the elements (unless they fall off!)! Originally made for activities like canoeing, the are some very good brands from Europe & the USA! But their is one draw back! At the side of the road you need the extra sweater or the rain gear and ... it's at the bottom!
