Welcome to Motorcycle Adventure Products!
NOTE: This webshop is for use by our customers within the OCEANIA region, primarily our Australian & New Zealand customers. Hepco & Becker customers may search the factory website for your local importer.
We reserve the right to refuse INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE OCEANIA.
ANY costs incurred from a refunded order such as CURRENCY CONVERSION VARIATIONS DUE TO THE REFUND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.
Shipping and Returns
Please review our Shipping and Returns policy (located in FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS section) to understand our policy and procedures in regards to delivery and fulfilment of your order and the process for returning goods.
Motorcycle Adventure Products accepts orders for items identified as “in stock”, “out of stock – temporary” and “NOT regularly stocked – Backorder”. We will endeavour to deliver ASAP but make no guarantee to the accuracy of the stock level indicator. We will make every effort to correctly reflect the status of our stock.
When placing an order, you will be required to pay in full. This includes back orders/special orders that need to be ordered in from our suppliers.
Prior to shipment, we will advise if there is any item/s unavailable and will provide an estimated delivery date and/or offer an alternative product to you. Any item/s that are mutually agreed to be placed on backorder will be shipped as soon as the item is available. If an item ordered is a Backorder item and we will be unable to deliver the item within 30 days, you will be offered the opportunity to split your order, wait or cancel. This may include either a full or partial refund until your goods arrive when payment can be completed. Complete orders that are in stock will be shipped next business day via Australia Post. Please note postal times vary depending on your location and we are not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post.
Motorcycle Adventure Products is not responsible for any Suppliers being unable to supply an item. If we can’t supply an item, we will refund.
We may cancel an order if we believe that it is being made in contravention of this agreement, or in contravention of the rights of any person or any law. We may cancel an order even if it has been confirmed and the customer’s credit card has been charged. We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of the product to that customer. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after the customer has been charged for the product, we will immediately credit the customer’s credit card for the amount in question.
All prices shown on our website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include GST but exclude Postage and Packaging (P&P). This is calculated when you go through the checkout process. Your order can still be cancelled by you at this point.
International orders will not be charged GST - it will be removed before the final sale in the checkout.
Product Descriptions and Prices
We attempt to describe products featured on this site as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant those product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. (If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it as described in our Return Policy)
We check all items prior to shipping to ensure the highest quality however if an item we ship arrives defective or faulty in any way, under Australian Consumer Law we offer customers the choice of repair, replacement or refund. Replacements will be sent free of charge via the same shipping method that was chosen for the original order. We will require the return of the damaged or defective item prior to a replacement or refund taking place. Please contact us for an RA.
