If a handlebar riser is installed, installation is also possible in most cases. Depending on the type of handlebar riser, longer screws may be required for assembly. These can be sourced fro your local hardware store.
These guards are designed to fit over the genuine OEM Honda plastic hand guards increasing their protection levels (Sold seperately by your Honda dealer. Honda refer to them as knuckle guards. Part number 08P77MLCd00). If you do not have the genuine Honda plastic handguards we would recommend the Barkbusters kit that has the guards and the plastic shields together.
