Excellent service and good quality product

Purchased this top case for my 2017 Suzuki v-Strom, its a good size, water tight and easy to fit to the bike. I commend the staffs customer service as the first case shipped to me was found to damaged upon receipt (not caused by the freight company, it appears it came from the factory damaged), I submitted the issue online, was contacted by the company the next day, and had a replacement shipped and with me within 4 days coming from Victoria up to Brisbane, and all this in a transition period to new owners for the business.
