Basic tank ring for CF Moto 800 MT-X / Comfort (2025-)

Simple and innovative at the same time - our BASIC tank ring

This functional tank ring enables the attachment of a Hepco&Becker tank bag.
The scope of delivery includes a BASIC tank ring and the counterholder, which can be individually screwed to the tank bag depending on the tank shape and handlebar angle. 
The tank cap can still be opened without any problems when the tank ring is fitted. 
In general, you only need this tank ring and a tank bag for CF Moto 800 MT-X / Comfort (2025-) and you have everything you need.
Each model-specific tank ring is stored in the "My Bike" database for the respective motorbike model. If no tank ring is stored, you can also use the checklist here in the shop to find out manually whether a universal tank ring is available for the desired model. (See main menu -> BASIC tank rings)

FEATURES:

• absolutely secure hold, even at high speeds
• Simple operation thanks to mechanical locking
• the Hepco&Becker tank bag is simply put on and locks clearly audible on the tank ring
• Unlocking: The mechanism is unlocked by a strap at the front of the tank bag in the direction of travel and the tank bag is then simply removed
• Recommended maximum speed when the tank bag is fitted: 130 km/h
• Recommended load in the tank bag: approx. 3kg

Difference between Lock-it and BASIC tank rings:
The general function and operation remain the same. However, compared to the Lock-it tank ring, the Basic tank ring only locks mechanically. With the Lock-it tank ring, the magnets help with centring. The difference lies purely in the two magnetic or plastic domes that are screwed onto the tank ring. The actual model-specific "metal ring" is the same for both versions.

Further information:
A tank bag with Lock-it counterholder cannot be fitted to a BASIC tank ring and vice versa. The tank bag counterholder and tank ring must be from the same system.
